Warranty

Crown Hill RAD-Heat Panels and Crown Hill Stone, Inc. products carry a limited warranty. The warranty extends for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase when installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and when used on structures which conform to local building codes. Within the 20 year time frame, Crown Hill Stone, Inc. will provide, free of charge, new materials to replace those which are determined to be defective. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: settlement of the building or other movement. Cracked panels are not considered defective. A crack normally will not impair the performance of the panel. Panels cracked during installation are routinely used to no determent, as long as the plastic frame is not compromised.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in Crown Hill Rad-Heat Panels and Crown Hill Stone, Inc. manufactured stone products. Crown Hill Stone, Inc. is not responsible for labor costs incurred in the removal and replacement of defective products.

Crown Hill Stone, Inc. also manufactures a line of Veneer Stone for vertical wall cladding and Wood Stove Designer Blocks which are frequently used under wood appliances or as fireplace hearths.
